Summary

This study tested whether a physical activity program delivered via telehealth could improve sleep in children with autism and reduce stress for their parents. 160 children aged 8-12 with autism and their parents took part from home. Children wore a device to track activity and sleep, and parents answered questionnaires. The program included guided exercises and remote support from professionals.
