Mindful movement from home: new study targets knee pain without pills
NCT ID NCT06684587
First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week telehealth program that combines gentle exercise with mindfulness can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel better. About 66 adults with knee pain will be randomly assigned to either the mindful exercise group or an exercise-only group. All sessions happen remotely, so participants can join from home. The main goal is to see if the approach is practical and safe, while also measuring changes in pain and daily function.
