Summary
This study is testing whether a telehealth diet coaching program helps people eat better and feel better after surgery for stomach or esophageal cancer. About 53 participants were randomly assigned to receive either four virtual coaching sessions or standard nutritional support. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for managing diet-related symptoms and improving quality of life.
