Can telehealth stop second strokes? new study tests remote blood pressure control

Summary
This study is testing two different telehealth strategies to help people control their blood pressure after having a stroke. Researchers are working with 86 stroke survivors to see which remote monitoring and support approach works better at lowering blood pressure over 6 months. The goal is to find the best way to prevent future strokes and heart problems using technology patients can use at home.
