Summary
This study is testing whether a remote support program using video counseling and a smartphone app can help young adults reduce their cannabis use and related problems. Researchers will compare this program to a brief counseling session alone. The main goals are to see if the program is practical to deliver remotely and if participants find it helpful and easy to use.
