Mayo clinic tests digital bridge for addiction care

Summary
This study aims to understand how to best implement a digital health app that helps primary care doctors screen for substance use issues and connect patients to treatment. It will enroll 60 participants from Mayo Clinic primary care sites who are at risk for substance use disorders. The main goal is to learn what works and what doesn't when using this telehealth platform to improve care coordination.
