This study tests a program called MOMENT-V that combines two video counseling sessions with a smartphone app to help young adults reduce cannabis use and related problems. About 65 participants will either get the full program or a brief counseling session. Researchers will check if the program is practical and if it lowers how often and how much cannabis participants use over three months.
