Summary

This study looked at how healthcare workers at National Taiwan University Hospital used a special communication platform during the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform, designed in 2018, allowed staff to send messages, get pop-up reminders, and track messages. Researchers analyzed usage data from about 1 million interactions to see how the pandemic changed communication patterns.
