Summary
This study tested whether heart failure patients can do cardiac rehab at home using a tablet app instead of going to the hospital. Thirty adults with stable heart failure completed eight sessions of exercise either at home with remote monitoring or at the hospital. The goal was to see if the home program could improve walking ability and adherence as well as the standard hospital program.
