Summary
This study tested whether adding mental imagery exercises to a standard physical exercise program could help young adults with poor posture (kyphosis). The training was delivered remotely via tele-rehabilitation. Researchers measured changes in spinal curvature, pain, depression, and quality of life to see if the mind-focused training provided extra benefits.
