Can video workouts straighten out teen scoliosis?
NCT ID NCT06262269
Summary
This study is testing if a 12-week high-intensity workout program done at home over video can help teens with idiopathic scoliosis. Researchers will compare teens doing supervised video sessions with teens following a home exercise booklet to see which is better for improving fitness and spinal health. The goal is to find an accessible way to help manage this spinal condition.
