Summary
This study tests whether a supervised exercise program done at home via video can help people with pancreatic cancer get stronger while they receive chemotherapy before surgery. About 58 participants will follow the program and be monitored for safety and side effects. The goal is to see if exercise can improve recovery and outcomes.
