Summary
This study is testing two different telemedicine methods to quickly start people who inject drugs on medications for HIV, Hepatitis C, and opioid addiction. It aims to see which approach is better at getting HIV under control, curing Hepatitis C, and helping people start addiction treatment. The goal is to improve health outcomes for this high-risk group by making care more accessible through harm reduction programs.
