Virtual fitness classes aim to boost confidence and movement for spinal cord injury

NCT ID NCT07022808

Summary

This study is testing a new live, online group exercise program called TEEMS, designed specifically for people with spinal cord injury. It will compare TEEMS to using a library of pre-recorded exercise videos to see which approach better helps participants feel more confident, become more active, and improve their quality of life. The goal is to find a more engaging and accessible way to help people with spinal cord injury stay physically active from home.
