Summary

This study tests whether using personalized dosing (based on drug levels in the blood) helps more people with bacterial infections reach the right amount of teicoplanin compared to standard dosing. About 74 adults in hospital intensive care or other units will take part. The goal is to see if tailored dosing leads to better treatment outcomes.
