Summary

This study aims to find out if removing certain upper teeth (premolars) during braces treatment makes sleep apnea worse in children with prominent front teeth. Researchers will compare sleep study results from children who have teeth removed to those who don't. The goal is to see if this common orthodontic step increases breathing problems during sleep.
