Summary
This study is testing a new virtual program designed to help teenagers with long-term muscle or joint pain become more physically active and build resilience. The program involves four weekly online sessions that teach motivation, confidence, and pain coping skills. Researchers will measure whether the program is practical and helpful for participants, and if it leads to changes in activity levels and daily functioning.
