Summary
This study is testing whether two dietary supplements, Myo-Inositol and Dioscorea Villosa, can help regulate irregular menstrual cycles in teenage girls. It will involve 20 participants aged 14-19 who experience infrequent or absent periods. The goal is to see if these supplements can help establish more regular cycles compared to no treatment.
