Summary
This study is testing different medication combinations for teenagers with depression who don't get better with their first treatment. Researchers will follow 520 teens aged 13-18 over 16 weeks, trying different approaches if the initial treatment doesn't work. The goal is to find more effective treatment paths for young people struggling with depression.
