Summary

This study aims to find the best way to help teens reduce their alcohol use during routine doctor's visits. Researchers are comparing two approaches: a brief counseling session with a doctor, and that same counseling session plus a free mindfulness training app. They will follow 1,500 teens for one year to see which method works better at reducing drinking and related problems.
