Summary

This study is testing an immunotherapy drug called teclistamab in Japanese patients whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The first part checks the drug's safety, and the second part measures how well it works to shrink the cancer. About 40 participants will receive the treatment to see if it can help control their disease.
