First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at how two kinds of exercise—balance training and aerobic exercise—affect the brain and thinking skills in adults who had a mild concussion within the past year. 37 people took part in a 3-month program. The goal was to see if these exercises could help the brain recover and improve memory, attention, and other mental functions. The findings could lead to better, evidence-based recovery plans for people with concussions.
