Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app called Cogito Companion could help monitor psychological distress in Navy sailors returning to the U.S. About 279 sailors used either the app or standard self-help resources. The main goal was to see if sailors were satisfied with the app and if it was practical to use in real-world settings.
