NCT ID NCT04159480
First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app (Cogito Companion) could help monitor psychological distress in 279 U.S. Navy sailors returning from deployment. Participants used the app or received information on self-help apps. The main goal was to see if sailors were satisfied with the app and if it was practical to use. The study did not aim to treat or cure any condition, but to gather information for future mental health support.
