Summary

This study tests whether a home exercise program delivered through a smartphone app can improve hand strength, muscle endurance, and emotional well-being in people having surgery to remove lung nodules. Sixty adults will follow guided aerobic, resistance, and breathing exercises for at least one week before their operation. Researchers will measure changes in grip strength and distress levels before and after surgery.
