Which recovery method wins for young athletes? TECAR or cycling?
NCT ID NCT07547566
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares TECAR therapy (a type of electrical treatment) with active recovery on a cycle ergometer to see which helps young athletes recover faster after intense exercise. 48 healthy adults who do regular sports will do jumping exercises to get tired, then use one of the two recovery methods. Researchers will measure jump height, muscle stiffness, and soreness to find the best way to bounce back.
