Summary
This study tested whether a proven teamwork training program from hospitals could be adapted for school mental health teams. Researchers worked with 90 school staff and mental health providers to adapt the program and see if it was practical and acceptable to use. The goal was to see if better teamwork could improve services for students with behavioral challenges.
