Summary
This study is testing a year-long program that teaches cooking, nutrition, and healthy habits to adults with obesity. The goal is to see if this 'teaching kitchen' approach, combined with health coaching, is practical and helps people improve their diet, exercise, sleep, and weight. Researchers will measure changes in health behaviors, blood markers, and body measurements over 18 months.
