Summary
This study is testing a program called the Educator Well-being Program in six elementary schools. The goal is to see if it helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout among teachers and school staff. About 4,000 staff members aged 18 and older will take surveys to measure their mental health and work-life balance. The program involves team meetings and changes at the school level to improve overall well-being.
