Summary

This study is testing a program designed to improve the mental health and well-being of elementary school teachers and staff. It will involve about 4,000 participants across six schools to see if the program reduces work stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout. The program uses teams of educators to identify and address workplace issues that affect their health.
