Summary

This study looks at how different types of tea change blood sugar and insulin levels after eating. Twenty healthy Chinese men will drink tea alone or with a standard meal, and their blood will be tested over three hours. The goal is to understand how tea affects the body's response to food, not to treat or cure any disease.
