Summary
This small pilot study tested whether combining a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) with a special strategy training program (CO-OP) could help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago perform everyday activities better. The study enrolled 11 participants and focused on whether the approach was feasible and showed early signs of improving activity performance. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
