Summary
This study tested whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) to physical therapy could improve walking, balance, and leg strength in people who had a stroke. 34 adults with sub-acute or chronic stroke participated. The goal was to see if this combination helps them move better and recover more function.
