New combo therapy targets exhaustion after stroke

Summary
This study tests whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS, combined with health education and aerobic exercise, can reduce severe tiredness after a stroke. About 54 adults who had a stroke within the last 45 days and feel very fatigued will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps improve energy and mood.
