First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS, combined with health education and aerobic exercise, can ease the crushing fatigue many people feel after a stroke. Researchers will enroll 54 adults who had a first stroke within the past 45 days and report significant fatigue. The goal is to see if this combination approach is feasible and effective in reducing fatigue and improving daily life.
