Summary

This study tests whether a precise type of brain stimulation (called high-definition tDCS) can reduce arm stiffness and improve movement in 30 people who have had a stroke. The treatment targets specific brain areas to help rebalance brain signals. The goal is to make it easier for participants to use their affected arm.
