Summary

This study tests a non-drug treatment called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) for depression with catatonia in adults with Down syndrome. 62 participants will receive either real or fake tDCS for 15 sessions. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, safety, and brain activity to see if this gentle brain stimulation can help.
