Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) to a specific arm therapy (Constraint-Induced Therapy) helps people who had a stroke more than the therapy alone. Forty adults who had a stroke at least six months ago and have mild to moderate arm weakness will take part. They will receive 18 sessions over six weeks, and researchers will measure arm movement, muscle changes, and electrical activity in the muscles.
