Summary

This study follows 600 adults in Germany with a type of advanced lung cancer that has spread and carries certain high-risk gene mutations. Participants receive a standard triple-drug treatment (tremelimumab, durvalumab, and platinum chemo) as their first therapy. Researchers will track survival over two years to see how well the treatment works in real-world settings, especially for patients with specific genetic profiles.
