Ancient soak tested to soothe modern Chemo's painful side effect
NCT ID NCT07344974
Summary
This study is testing whether a traditional Chinese medicine hand and foot bath can help reduce nerve pain and numbness caused by a common breast cancer chemotherapy drug. Researchers will compare the herbal soak to a standard vitamin B12 supplement in 78 participants. The main goal is to see if the bath can better control these painful symptoms and improve patients' quality of life.
