Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a cream made from plant compounds (total coumarins) for treating psoriasis vulgaris. 300 adults will apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will check if the cream improves skin symptoms and quality of life, and monitor for side effects.
