New stroke drug aims to stop arteries from Re-Blocking

Summary
This study tests whether adding a new anti-clotting drug called TBO-309 to standard stroke treatments is safe and tolerable. About 80 adults who have had an acute ischemic stroke will receive TBO-309 along with clot-dissolving drugs or mechanical clot removal. The main goal is to see if the drug increases the risk of bleeding in the brain within 24-36 hours.
