First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how people with moderate or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) walk and navigate in complex, real-life-like environments, such as avoiding other people. Researchers will track eye movements, walking paths, and speed in 40 adults with TBI to better understand everyday difficulties. The goal is to improve future rehabilitation by focusing on real-world challenges, not just straight-line walking.
