Summary

This study tests whether adding aerobic exercise to a memory-training program helps people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury learn and remember better. Sixty participants will be assigned to either memory training plus exercise or memory training plus stretching. The goal is to see if the combination improves memory, brain function, and daily life.
