New drug tested to slow Parkinson's progression

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called TB006 in people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The main goals are to see if TB006 is safe and if it can improve movement symptoms like tremors and stiffness. About 62 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either TB006 or a placebo (inactive substance) to compare the results.
