Summary
This study is testing a new support program to help people with tuberculosis (TB) in Ethiopia stick to their medication and improve how many cases are found. The program combines family support, daily text message reminders, and special training for health workers. Researchers will compare this new approach to standard care to see if it helps more people complete treatment and get cured.
