Summary

This study is testing whether the drug tazemetostat can help control a rare and aggressive cancer called malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) that has come back or spread. It is for patients aged 12 and older whose cancer has not responded to other treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and slow the cancer's progression.
