Summary
This study looked at how the cancer drug tazemetostat stays in the blood of people with advanced tumors and different levels of liver function. Researchers compared patients with moderate or severe liver impairment to those with normal livers. The goal was to understand how the liver affects drug levels and to check for side effects.
