New drug cocktail tested for Tough-to-Treat lymphomas

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a combination of three medications (tazemetostat, zanubrutinib, and an anti-CD20 antibody) for adults with certain slow-growing B-cell lymphomas that have returned or not responded to prior treatment. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose of this drug combination. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink tumors and control the cancer over time.
