Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs for people with a type of slow-growing blood cancer called follicular lymphoma that has a high tumor burden. The treatment includes tazemetostat (a targeted pill) plus rituximab (an antibody) and a shortened course of bendamustine (chemotherapy). The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective at making tumors disappear, while using less chemotherapy than standard care. About 42 adults will take part.
