Summary
This study tests a new drug combination for people with a type of slow-growing blood cancer called follicular lymphoma that has a high tumor burden. The treatment adds tazemetostat (a targeted pill) to a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen, but uses a shorter course of chemotherapy to reduce side effects. About 42 adults will receive the combination for up to 6 cycles. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and leads to complete remission.
